Schunk Xycarb Suzhou – Grand Opening
Congratulations to Schunk Xycarb’s Grand Opening ceremony and the official start of production.
We are very happy and proud that we as Bencer Project Management were part of this project, which is Schunk‘s largest investment abroad so far. This clean room production facility will serve China’s fast growing semiconductor industry with high-tech German products, which are essential for semiconductor processing.
Vaillant Wuxi – Completion
It was our pleasure being part of the development of Vaillant’s new facility in Wuxi, China. The 55,000 sqm building provides offices, workshop, R&D and training space, and is LEED Gold and FMGlobal certified.
Eppendorf Pinghu – Grand Opening
Eppendorf, a leading German life sciences company that develops systems for labs started operations in Pinghu, China. Bencer managed the entire project from the initial site selection until the handover of the LEED gold certified facility. Our special thanks and best wishes for the future to the Eppendorf team.
Edscha Hefei – Groundbreaking
We are honored to have delivered a speech at the groundbreaking ceremony of Edscha’s new facility in Hefei.
The biggest investment of the Edscha – Gestamp group worldwide with over 50,000sqm will commence construction today and Bencer is proud to be the project manager for this landmark project.

Mubea, Saltillo MX – Completion
Buenos Díaz from Mexico
Today we completed our first of several projects in Mexico for the German automotive supplier Mubea in Saltillo (near Monterrey).
The project lastet surprisingly short 11 months for design & build. And even more, the quality of the project is really great.
Siemens Nanjing – Construction
Following the successful 3D printing of a guardhouse for Siemens’ new production facility in Nanjing, Bencer continues to collaborate with local Chinese printing suppliers to advance the technology.
While 3D printing in construction remains a niche market, we at Bencer see it as our responsibility to contribute to and develop the circular economy in China
Continental Bicycle Tires Hefei – Grand Opening
After one and a half years planning and construction, today we were part of the opening of the brand new bicycle tire factory of Continental in Hefei!
We started with the first phase already 10 years ago and can finally hand over phase 2 to Continental.
Bencer provided the entire project and construction management for this project, which was completed within budget, time and quality requirements.
Mikrouna Jinshan – Grand Opening
We are very proud of handing over the new production facility of Mikrouna Jinshan to its owner and purpose. Mikrouna is one of our recent and purely China based clients, who are seeking specifically for German design- and construction quality.
The 20,000 m2 facility was build in just 10 months – Bencer provided the entire office interior design and the project management.
We wish Mikrouna a great start of production and a prosperous future!
BRR Beijing Opera – Completion
New Beijing Opera and Concert Hall
Bencer Project Mangement delivered successfully with our partner, Bosch Rexroth Stage Technology, one of the largest and most innovative stages in Asia, the new Beijing Opera and Concert Hall (BPAC). The complex consists of 3 different buildings, the Opera, the Drama Theater and the Concert Hall.
The stage technology of all stages is a masterpiece of technical engineering and ingenuity in this field.
