item Industrietechnik GmbH, a German specialist in aluminum profile production, established their first production facility in China, Qingdao.

The project size was about 5,000 m² GFA in a leased workshop. The beginning of construction was in May 2011 and completion was in September 2011.

Bencer provided the Design & Build (EPC) services for this refurbishment and fit out project.
