Fuchs Lubricants, Shanghai (2008)

Fuchs Lubricants, the largest independent lubricant producer in the world, built their third factory in China, Shanghai. Alongside several production facilities, the new plant is also home to the headquarters for Fuchs China and Fuchs Asia.

The new factory consists of warehouses, production buildings, an oil tank and other auxiliary buildings with a total GFA of about 20,000 m². The current facility is designed for further extension in 2 more phases. The entire project, including design and construction, took only 12 months.

Besides providing Project Management services, Bencer was also involved in the production equipment design.
