ContiTech - FT, Changshu (2014-2015)

ContiTech Fluid Technologies (FT) is a division of the German ContiTech AG, one of the world's largest specialist for rubber and plastics technology in the non-tire rubber sector. As a subsidiary of the Continental AG, the company develops and produces functional parts, components and systems for the automotive and other industries.

After having built their production center in Changshu, ContiTech decided to extend their facility for Fluid Technologies in 2014. The plant has a GFA of around 8,600 m² and Bencer was entitled as a supplier for the Project Management services.
