ContiTech - PCT, Changshu (2014-2015)

Phoenix Compounding Technology (PCT) is a division of the German ContiTech AG, one of the world's largest specialist for rubber and plastics technology in the non-tire rubber sector. As a subsidiary of the Continental AG, the company develops and produces functional parts, components and systems for the automotive and other industries. ContiTech - PCT decided in 2014 to set up a new rubber compounding building in Changshu. With this facility ContiTech produces its own raw material for the Continental Tires production.

The building size is around 8,000 m² GFA and the building fulfills a number of complex structural and mechanical requirements.

Bencer was contracted for the entire Project Management service.
