Continental Tires Phase 2, Hefei (2011-2013)
The German Continental AG, one of the largest listed tire manufacturers built the 2nd phase of their tire production facility in Hefei.
The new facility provides a GFA of about 50,000 m2. Project launch was in August 2011; project completion was in June 2013.
Since Bencer managed already phase 1 of this plant, we were also entrusted to provide the entire Project Management for phase 2.
