Brembo S.p.A., Langfang (2015-2017)

The Italian listed firm Brembo is a world leader in the design, development and production of braking systems and components for cars, motorbikes, industrial vehicles and machinery, for the OE market, after-market and racing.

End of 2015 Brembo decided to expand the activities in China and acquired a local company in Langfang.

Bencer was entrusted with certain due diligence and approval management tasks.
