Bitron Industries, Qingdao (2017-2018)

The Bitron Group is a privately held company and a leader in research, development and manufacturing of mechatronic devices and systems for the automotive, appliance, HVAC, medical and renewable energy.

Bitron has a global presence with 13 manufacturing plants and development centres, 13 sales and technical support centres, 1 after sales centre, 1 technical centre and over 5,000 employees worldwide.

As part of Bitron's expansion in China the group purchased land in Qingdao to develop a new state of the art factory with a GFA of around 35,000 m². Bencer was hired for the project management services as well as investment consultant.
